The comfortable economy queen room had a great view of the fields outside. the breakfast was sensational. - Check-in was quick. - the hotel is conveniently close to the airport and the Krakow Region.

We only stayed one night and we only ate breakfast which was OK but it was a pleasant stay with no complaints.

Modern and clean hotel, marvellous and perfect location very close to the main railway station. Nice and kind staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Outstanding rooms with a great view to the fields outside, excellent services. Satisfactory breakfast, a great selection of meals. Location adjacent to central Krakow, Balice airport and Krakow business centre and centre of the town.

The staff here was really friendly and always said hello to us 👋.

Very nice and friendly stuff, modern decoration, big and comfortable room, fantastic buffet breakfast. Hotel also has a beautiful relaxing garden with nice view on the mountains.

I really liked the cleanliness, breakfast, location and especially the professional and courteous manner as the staff serve people.

It would be interesting if the managers of the hotel to contact the local municipality or the body responsible for tourism, to verify the possibility of revising the mapping of the region in order to include location data for easy navigation by gps, because I nor the staff car rental company able to insert the address of this hotel on gps..

My room was noisy - opposite a meeting room that appeared to be in use for some kind of delegate registration - late evenings and early mornings !

The staff were decent and the place was modern. the brand-new economy queen room had a great view of the fields outside. - It was nice to have an electric kettle, air conditioner, and iron available.

The hotel is ideally located if you travel by car. The surroundings are great and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. ATM near by. Great restaurant with great food and good breakfast also.

The location is magnificent, close to taxis for Krakow square. We have to thank the courteous and really kind staff for a really nice stay. - the units are new-fashioned, light with a double bed.

The restaurant was very cozy for dinner, we enjoyed our delicious meals amidst lovely garden views.

We had a very comfortable stay in this hotel. A good breakfast was served. Friendly helpful staff and a really good location for the airport. Only 6min by taxi. Perfect for our visit to Krakow.
